We are looking for eight (8) energetic, attentive Cocktail Servers who are committed to
providing a high-quality cocktail room experience to our customers. The Cocktail Server’s
responsibilities include speaking with customers, taking drink orders, making product
recommendations, processing payments, and ensuring that customers’ needs are met, and they
have an excellent experience. You should be friendly, proactive, a skilled multi-tasker and
efficient. Royal Foundry Cocktail servers should also be passionate about the drinks they serve
and enjoy creating a fun experience for every customer.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Handling multiple tables and tasks in an efficient manner.
Cleaning and clearing tables.
Assisting with opening and closing duties, such as preparing ingredients and restocking items, such as straws, napkins, etc.
Understanding the RFCS Cocktail menu and products.
Taking inventory of supplies and ingredients.
Checking identification of customers who appear to be 30 years of age or younger to ensure customers are the proper age to purchase alcoholic beverages.
Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register.
Standing, walking, and carrying heavy trays of drinks.
Compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
21 years of age or older is preferred, minimum age to serve alcohol is required
Prefer two (2) or more years’ experience working in food or beverage service, preferably
at a high-volume restaurant or bar.
General knowledge about the growing craft cocktail scene, with an interest in learning more about craft distilling.
Willingness to work at peak hours, which may include evenings, holidays, and weekends.
